ACTRESS + VOICE artist
I’m an actress, voice artist, podcast host & acting coach. I might have popped up on your tv or maybe you found me after listening to an episode of my podcast. However you found me, I’m glad you’re here! Keep scrolling for more of my story.
I started my career in high school through a hybrid high program where I studied Radio and Television broadcasting. This opened up the door for me to work as a radio DJ my junior year and then as a production assistant and teleprompter operator my senior year. I didn’t love the news room environment, so, within a year, I left the broadcasting industry to pursue on camera opportunities.
After graduation, I spent the next five years traveling and doing modeling work. Then in 2003, I earned a spot as a semi finalist on American Idol. A few years later, I won the coveted title of Miss GA USA (2006) and ultimately took the 2nd Runner up position at Miss USA. In June of 2006, I moved to Atlanta and started working as an actress.
Almost immediately after the move, I booked a part in a short film called “Belles,” and it was the project that landed me my first Atlanta agent. After that, the rest was history.
After years of dedication to my acting journey, I finally started booking & then things changed. Before I knew it, I’d built a body of work that showcased my range & emotional capacity which started opening up doors to opportunities I’d only dreamed of before.
With more than 20 years experience in the entertainment business, you can now find me in shows like Stargirl, Dwight in Shining Armor, Dynasty, Monarch, & many more. Not to mention my work in films such as Logan Lucky, The Love Gala, & Stars Fell on Alabama. In addition to my on screen work, I became an audio book narrator & the voice of recognizable brands such as Belk Department Stores & the daily horoscopes for Audible. I’ve appeared in hundreds of advertisements, hosted more than 500 on camera projects, walked the Miss USA stage representing the great state of Georgia & I was a semi finalist on American Idol. Truth be told, I feel like I’m just getting started & I can’t wait to see what comes next.
